Clear, impact-resistant polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is a tough, clear plastic option for guards, machine covers, protective panels, signage, fabrication, CNC routing, and general projects where impact resistance is important. Select from 1/16", 1/8", and 1/4" thicknesses and sizes from 12 × 12 to 48 × 96 inches.

Material grades and surface properties vary. Confirm that the selected sheet is suitable for your application; this product description does not designate the sheet as certified safety glazing.

Shipping and Tucson pickup

Eligible orders up to 24 × 48 inches show available shipping at checkout. For sheets larger than 24 × 48 inches, including 36 × 48, 48 × 48, and 48 × 96, choose Request a shipping quote — freight billed separately at checkout or choose free Tucson pickup. You can pay for the material at checkout; we’ll confirm freight separately and send a payment request before shipment. To get a freight total before ordering, request a quote.

Pickup is at 910 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. Full sheets are usually ready shortly after ordering; cut-to-size orders can take a few hours to one day. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.

Cutting note: Saw kerf removes a small amount of material, so cut-to-size pieces may finish slightly smaller than the dimensions selected. We may nest multiple pieces from a standard 4×8 ft sheet to reduce waste. If you need exact finished dimensions, contact us before ordering.
